Adele qualified as a Family Mediator in 1999, is a member of the Family Mediators Association and accredited by the Family Mediation Council.
Adele is committed to working with families in dispute following relationship breakdown, helping them to reach successful outcomes for children and parents.
Adele is qualified to meet with children as part of mediation, to help families limit the potential negative effects of relationship breakdown on children and young people.
Adele is a practising Mediation Supervisor, providing mentoring and training services to other Family Mediators throughout Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire.
Prior to joining Pathway Adele was for many years a Partner at a local Law Firm, specialising in Family Mediation. Adele is married, lives locally and has a son and two step-children.
