Ashlie has been a family lawyer for 25 years and an accredited mediator for the last 7 years. She has worked in large corporate law firms and has a high professional profile in the local area

Ashlie assists couples to resolve disputes relating to both children and financial arrangements and is regularly engaged to mediate complex financial cases involving businesses, trusts, farming assets and property portfolios.  She is trained to see children in mediation and places them at the heart of the process at all times.

Ashlie is married, lives locally and enjoys yoga and walks in the countryside.

Adele qualified as a Family Mediator in 1999, is a member of the Family Mediators Association and accredited by the Family Mediation Council.

Adele is committed to working with families in dispute following relationship breakdown, helping them to reach successful outcomes for children and parents.

Adele is qualified to meet with children as part of mediation, to help families limit the potential negative effects of relationship breakdown on children and young people.

Adele is a practising Mediation Supervisor, providing mentoring and training services to other Family Mediators throughout Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire.

Prior to joining Pathway Adele was for many years a Partner at a local Law Firm, specialising in Family Mediation.  Adele is married, lives locally and has a son and two step-children.

Tash has worked in Family Law for over twenty years and has been working as a Family Mediator for five years, gaining full FMC accreditation in 2018.

Tash feels passionately about helping families reach a fair and reasonable solution whether this be subsequent to a relationship breakdown or another form of family dispute.

As an impartial mediator, Tash is always children focused and provides an open and honest approach.  Tash undertakes publicly funded mediation work as well as private.

Tash is married with three children and lives locally.
