Cafcass represents children in family court cases in England. We independently advise the family courts about what is safe for children and in their best interests. We put their needs, wishes and feelings first, making sure that children’s voices are heard at the heart of the family court setting.

Family Lives is a national charity providing help and support in all aspects of family life. You can live chat with a trained support worker or share your story on the forums. It also contains helpful advice guides covering a variety of family issues.

Partnership for Children is an independent charity that works to promote the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children and young people around the world. The charity also develops resources for parents and teachers to help young children cope with difficult situations, such as bereavement, bullying or divorce and separation. Many of these resources are available free of charge on this website.
